What You'll Do

  • Partner with the NOLA Motorsports marketing team to inform marketing plans for the overarching brand
  • Maintain accountability for the development and health of the consumer's digital experience with the NOLA Motorsports Park brand- including content and platform strategies
  • Define short and long-term aspirations to drive continuous improvement for digital experience and performance
  • Evaluate current social media performance and recommend emerging channels and approaches to help inform and shape the strategy from the top-down
  • Lead digital community-building that will reinforce our messaging
  • Partner with each department head to create monthly content calendars that cover day to day business, holidays, general information, promotions and events
  • Work as a vital part of our creative process partnering with individual departments to create content while maintaining the brand voice
  • Manage social analytics and report on traffic, conversion, channel growth and competitive analysis
  • Identify up and coming social "influencers" to partner with on key initiatives
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Maintain consistent branding throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events
  • Manage the look and feel of the NOLA Motorsports Park website while working with individual departments and outside agencies to keep the site published with updated information and events
  • Manage advertising and promotional activities including print, commercial and digital
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Monitor similar brand's products, sales, events and marketing activities
  • Prepare marketing activity plans and reports and present to Executive Team

What You'll Bring (Must Have's)

  • 4+ years of experience managing and executing in digital transformation of B2C
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalency in work experience
  • Highly skilled in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, Snap Chat & TikTok as well as a working knowledge of Twitch and ClubHouse platforms
  • Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of how best to respond to customers in certain situations
  • Knowledge and interest in digital content production
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and keep projects moving forward
  • Approachable, flexible, keeps a positive attitude and doesn't panic at a tight deadline
