What would I do?
// Be responsible for maintaining proper shop opening + closing procedures
// Ensure the team maintains a clean working environment
// Develop + Maintain knowledge of all ingredients and menu items
// Assist in ensuring compliance with all &pizza standards as well as local, state and federal health and employment laws
// Follow &pizza operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all tribe members
// Minimum of one year in a restaurant environment and a leader
// As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must be trained and pass a Food Safety Certification course.
// Ability to comprehend and communicate in English via verbal and written communication, such that team members can perform their job responsibilities as required.
// Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize and to organize.
// Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to select, develop, inspire and manage strong teams.
