Job Summary and Qualifications
In your role as a Registered Nurse, you will deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental standards and nursing best practices. Collaborate with the care team to provide personalized and compassionate care that follows established nursing protocols. Advocate for patients and their families while promoting an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions during admissions and each shift, quickly identifying and reporting changes in status.
- Perform medical procedures as ordered, documenting care administration accurately and timely.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for therapeutic responses, responding to any adverse reactions promptly.
- Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions and treatment plans, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex information.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 60 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse license required.
- Associate Degree required within 60 months of employment start date.
