Qualifications:High school diplomaProven work experience in a similar roleProfessional attitude and appearanceAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseSolid written and verbal communication skillsExcellent phone skills - incoming and outgoing phone managementProficiency in Microsoft office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Job Description:Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Set up conference room and reception area for business meetings with visitors.Distribute Office Suites test to applicants as requested by HR Manager.Other tasks/errands as assigned.
