What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently to maintain seamless plant operations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Keep precise records of maintenance activities and manage parts inventory effectively.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations diligently to ensure a safe work environment.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints effectively.
  • Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards at all times.

Conditions of Employment

  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug and alcohol screening, and a background check.
  • Some positions may necessitate ongoing drug and alcohol testing in accordance with FMCSA regulations.

Work Environment

  • This role primarily involves working in environments with moving mechanical equipment, variable weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
