JOB DETAILS Dates needed- ASAP-ongoing Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Shifts needed (Days/hours)- 8:30-5:30 and/or 10:30-7:30 M-F Outpatient No call Team structure Embedded in primary care modules Patients per day 20 Patient demographic: Adults including Geriatrics Procedures required?
