Little Miracles, Inc. is a therapist-led organization based in Grand Forks, North Dakota. We provide comprehensive pediatric therapy services and licensed childcare. Our integrated approach fosters collaboration among therapists and caregivers, allowing us to support children in their natural settings.

Compensation

• Salary: $70,000 - $100,000
• Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $5,000
• Performance-based bonus opportunities

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends

Our schedules are designed in consultation with each clinician to ensure we provide consistent care while supporting individual needs.

Your Role

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a range of developmental needs
• Support skill development in daily living, sensory processing, and motor functions
• Collaborate closely with speech and physical therapists, as well as childcare providers
• Educate and partner with families to encourage practice at home
• Maintain organized documentation and manage your caseload effectively

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable
• Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
• Passion for working with children and families
• Must pass a background check
