The Bradley Center is a Behavioral Healthcare and Education Facility with approximately 250 staff located in Robinson Township. We provide care, therapeutic treatment, and education services to children in need.

The Payroll/Billing Coordinator is responsible for:
  • Administering all aspects of bi-weekly payroll
  • Creating and maintaining all payroll reporting
  • Responsible for generating education billing
  • Corresponding with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing related issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years payroll processing experience required, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Experience in handling account receivables
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and payroll and billing practices
  • Experience working in accounting and payroll software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail Oriented, with strong organization and time management skills
