Ophthalmology Physician

Do you part in keeping the eyes of our beautiful community healthy in Huntsville, Alabama! This group is a high-volume, referral-based clinic that serves multiple regions between Alabama and Florida. Take a shot at a chance to grow your practice from day 1 and increase over the next 2 years!

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 8A 5P
• 1285 YTD cataract surgeries in 2022, and an advanced tech percentage of 18.9%

Practice Setting:

• 2 Full-time physicians on staff
• High volume practice, ramp up quickly within 4-6 months
• 2:1 ratio of office visit to surgeries performed
• 50% - 60% of the time is spent in surgery
• Eye MD and MDI EMR in use
• A dedicated team of support staff that includes certified ophthalmic techs and Optometrists

Compensation:

• Annual guaranteed base salary plus production bonuses
• Production bonuses are based on a percentage of collections, usually between 30% - 42%
• In 2022, physicians grossed between $1 million $1.5 million
• Sign On Bonus up to $100K paid out within 30 days of starting
