The Office Manager will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and professionalism.The Office Manager will be responsible for:First ImpressionsManages StyleCraft Homes' First Impressions - through management of the reception area and communication systems, ensure all company interactions are handled in a skilled, professional mannerEnsure meeting spaces and overall environment is always ready for businessBuilding and grounds maintenance oversightSystems UpkeepSet-up and maintain vendor dataSet-up, management, and troubleshooting of all office utilities, equipment, and other business services including, but not limited to telephone, security, and video servicesManagement of employee contact information within company systemsAssist HR Manager with new employee setup including granting and requesting systems accessMaintain inventory logs and track small company equipment Office OperationsMaintains office efficiency through a variety of equipment, hardware, software, and communication systemsAnticipate/actively solve issuesOpen and distributes mail/packages to appropriate recipient Manage office supply inventory and budget Assist management in planning company functions, meetings, and training sessionsManagement of equipment lease and maintenance agreements including those of company fleet vehiclesAssisting with research, sale, and disposal of company assets Documentation ManagementManaging off-site document storage/retention programMaintain approved company Standard Operating Policies (SOP) and training guide librariesManagement and maintenance of company formsPosition RequirementsMust have a high school diploma or equivalency. Bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferably in a fast-paced corporate environmentPossess a "can do" attitude when faced with opportunitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional skills in organization, detail, and planning Strong computer and Microsoft Office proficiencyWillingness to learn and use software to manage/improve operationsProfessional, friendly, loyal, collaborative, and drive to be successfulStyleCraft is a local, family-owned business building homes in desirable communities throughout the Greater Richmond area.
