Don't settle for a fixer-upper career, join us!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATORAs an Office Administrator, you are responsible for all our back-office functions including managing payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting. Leveraging your number skills, you assist with bookkeeping including various accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks. You also help with any other needs the office may have such as processing invoices, payroll, data entry, emailing customers, and handling HR tasks. Communicating with customers, you schedule services and ensure that any concerns or questions that arise are handled in a professional and timely manner. You are essential to keeping our administrative operations seamless! You feel accomplished helping, both our customers and your co-workers!QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATORAccounting experience2+ years of QuickBooks and customer service experience OR office environment experienceAbility to pass a background checkAn associate degree in administration or accounting is preferred, but not required. Having a public notary license is also a plus! Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you detail-oriented and organized?
