What you will do in this role:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
- Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen and aerosol treatments.
- Assist with the placement of artificial airways and manage mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patients for therapeutic responses and act accordingly.
- Provide care during transport for ventilator-dependent patients.
- Respond to emergencies by maintaining airway integrity and supporting ventilation.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification within 6 months of employment.
- STABLE certification within 6 months of employment.
- Current Tennessee licensure as a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist.
