COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The expected salary range for this position is $156,600 to $174,000, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses and a 401(k).
POSITION SUMMARY
Take charge of the engineering functions with a focus on station requirements and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the engineering function to align with station needs and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage the performance and professional growth of engineering staff to meet site and corporate goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering results.
- Provide engineering and technical leadership through direct reports, overseeing both immediate and long-term programs affecting site operations.
- Engage in Business Planning, Budgeting, and Business Performance reviews concerning assigned staff.
- Act as a senior contributor to NGG-wide initiatives targeting standardized and improved engineering systems and processes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Professional Engineer License.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial or military nuclear power facilities, or similar utility environments.
- Proven technical leadership experience (e.g., Duty Team Lead, Inspection Lead).
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to achieving positive results.
- Favorable Leadership Assessment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Engineering Registration.
- Advanced degree in a technical field or MBA.
