Your Role:

Are you an enthusiastic BT or RBT looking to elevate your career? As a BCBA Intern, you will play a vital role in our team, supporting our mission to help children thrive:

• Utilize your 85% of fieldwork hour completion, ensuring you've accrued 1,700 out of the required 2,000 hours.
• Complete all Restricted hours as per the requirements.
• Show proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable Master's program.
• Deliver early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
• Work with young children, ages 18 months to 8 years, shaping their development.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with experienced BCBA's and like-minded professionals who share our core values.
• Dedicate 8 hours weekly to non-direct care activities, focusing on BDS modules.
• Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
