Compensation:

• Partnership earning potential can exceed $400,000 annually
• Annual Quality Bonus from ACO, around $300,000 with 30% going to physicians
• Stellar Retirement Plan with10% contribution
• Eligibility for Partnership at 18 months

Schedule:

• Clinic Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, Friday is 8am - 4pm
• Physicians rotate every other Friday off
• No Nights or Weekends

Practice Setting:

• 100% Outpatient Family Medicine with possible Hospital newborn care, patients of all ages
• 12 full-time staff members including 2 NP's, 1 PA, 4 MA's and an RN
• See on average 25 patients per day
• 3 exam rooms per provider and 2 shared procedure rooms
