Employee Services Assistant

This position supports HR leadership and is responsible for administering operational tasks, duties and responsibilities as it related to employee services issues and needs.



  • Assist with the planning, set up, execution, and breakdown of company-wide employee appreciation events and employee engagement events
  • Assist in maintaining the company promo store and employee discount sheet
  • Assist with health and wellness programs and initiatives
  • Assist with the facilitation of the daily catered meals
  • Assist with employee safety initiatives as needed
  • Respond to employee and leadership inquiries through various methods; such as email, phone and instant messenger
  • Accurately review and maintain vendor documents, as needed
  • Facilitate administrative work and additional operational tasks, as needed



  • High School graduate or GED required




  • 1 year of customer service, non-profit work or event planning experience preferred
  • Office management or corporate environment experience preferred



  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and consult effectively one-on-one
  • Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with all levels of personnel
  • Strong customer service skills; employee friendly attitude
  • Must be organized and have good time management skills and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
