Emergency Medicine Physician

Coverage Needed:

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing

Clinical Information:

• 24-hour Physician Coverage
• Seasonal APP coverage
• 13,500 Annual Patient Visits
• Separate Pediatric Waiting Area, Triage and Dedicated Bay
• State-of-the-Art Imaging, including CT, Ultrasound and Radiology
• Meditech P-doc EMR & M-Modal Dictation
• Fully Integrated with main campus
• Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus
• Must be willing to work at Main facility associated with FSED

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Requirements:
  • BC/BE in EM (ABEM/AOBEM)
  • BC FM/IM with extensive EM experience
• Active FL License
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
