This Analyst role can be filled at the Entry, Mid-level, or Senior level. Please see minimum qualifications list below for each level.

Expected salary range:

  • Entry Level - $73,000
  • Mid-level: $84,000 - $104,000
  • Senior Level: $109,000 - $142,000

Ranges are per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401K.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

In this role, you will engage in advanced technical and engineering problem-solving to support nuclear plant operations. You will be responsible for making technical decisions, leveraging your excellent knowledge in the functional discipline along with a detailed understanding of applicable industry codes and regulations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement engineering projects and programs.
  • Offer technical expertise and consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system challenges.
  • Handle task management for engineering issues either independently or collaboratively.
  • Conduct engineering and technical assignments as designated by supervision, applying general engineering principles.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work while maintaining proper configuration management and adherence to standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes during the preparation of plans and specifications.
  • Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses to support technical projects and programs.
  • Recommend equipment, innovative concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, simplify construction, lower costs, rectify design flaws, or adapt to regulatory changes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Assoc Engineering Analyst/E01

  • 4-year technical degree (non-engineer) OR
  • 2-year technical degree and a minimum of 1 year of nuclear or related industry experience OR
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of nuclear experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Engineering Analyst/E02

  • 4-year technical degree (non-engineer) with a minimum of 2 years of nuclear or relevant industry experience OR
  • 2-year technical degree with a minimum of 3 years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
  • High School Diploma with at least 5 years of applicable nuclear or related industry experience, demonstrating a working knowledge of engineering processes and systems for the specific function area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Engineering Analyst/E03

  • 4-year technical degree (non-engineering) with a minimum of 5 years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
  • 2-year technical degree with a minimum of 7 years of nuclear or relevant industry experience OR
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of nuclear experience (5 of which must be at the exempt level).

Areas of expertise include wiring design and physical electrical design.
