CRNA job in Caledonia OH

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work a 3 month assignment with option to extend at a facility near Caledonia, OH. Must have OH license.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7a-3:30p.
No Call.
Type of cases to expect not a lot of bread & butter cases because this is a level I trauma hospital. Urology, gyn, trauma ortho, trauma plastics, general surgery, vascular, neuro, pulmonology, endoscopy, EP, breast, and level I traumas. ( Cases not done by Locums: hearts, thoracic, peds and OB).
Bone & Joint Center: spine, total joints, pain services, sports medicine, hand surgery, podiatry. Bone & Joint Center patients often do not qualify for surgery at outpatient centers due to body habitus or co-morbidities.
Average daily cases: average 5 but can be many more in higher volume rooms like urology or endoscopy.
Number of ORs: 19 ORs in main house; 10 in Grant Bone and Joint; 2 endoscopy suites and an EP lab.
Medically Directed.
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year.
Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 120 days.
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. Would prefer drive over candidates if possible.
