Your Role:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and overseeing unit functions during designated shifts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating admission and discharge processes for efficient patient management.
- Assessing the quality of care collaboratively with management teams.
- Fostering teamwork to enhance service and patient outcomes.
- Engaging with patients and families to ensure a patient-first philosophy.
- Assisting in staff scheduling and managing labor according to patient care needs.
- Supporting inventory management to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of applicable experience required.
Licensure & Certifications:
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
- Additional certifications such as TNCC, ENPC, and NRP preferred.
