Job Summary and Qualifications
Position Summary:
This role oversees the daily operations of the EP/Biplane Lab/Cath Lab/Hybrid OR, focusing on patient care and staff management. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient services and assist in procedures. This position also plays a key role in quality assessments for the department and collaborates with leadership on budgetary and strategic planning to enhance operations.
Required Licensure/Certifications:
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
Required Education/Experience:
- Diploma in Nursing is mandatory.
- Minimum of three years' experience in Critical Care is required.
Preferred Education, Licensure, Certification, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in Electrophysiology or Cath Lab preferred.
