Bilingual English/Spanish CAREGiver

Home Instead is actively seeking caring and compassionate Bilingual Spanish/English speaking CAREGivers and CNA's to provide essential support to our in-home clients. We are offering both part-time and full-time positions to help seniors in the community maintain their independence and dignity as they navigate the challenges of aging.

As a CAREGiver at Home Instead, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing non-medical services that allow seniors to thrive in their own homes. Many of our clients primarily communicate in Spanish, highlighting the need for bilingual caregivers like you!

CAREGiver responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assisting with grooming and bathing
• Offering medication and appointment reminders
• Helping with toileting and incontinence issues
• Providing specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's

To become a CAREGiver, you must:

• Exhibit dignity and respect in caring for seniors and their property
• Communicate effectively and warmly with clients
• Pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• Hold a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Be at least 18 years old
