Job DutiesCustomize Benefit Enrollment Platform for online enrollment. Support/Create Paperless and streamlined processes for Open Enrollment, New Hire Enrollment and Life EventsAssist clients to ensure employees are offered coverage based on company handbookMass employee messagingInitiate and review data for Carrier Connections to remove redundant data entry for our clientsCustomize Paperless Onboarding of New Hires. No more missing documentation from the onboarding process. Streamline the process based on the clients specific needs to create a path for new employees to make into HR and PayrollAffordable Care Act reporting to the IRS and form production to end users. Respond to Employer Shared ResponsibilityTrain clients on utilization of software.Essential Job Functions and Required Skills:Knowledge of employee benefits to be able to provide guidance to clients on open enrollment issues.Problem solving Excellent Communication Analytical Attention to DetailOffice Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint)Customer Service
