Your Role

• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create clinically sound and engaging treatment plans tailored for each client.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs: Provide support to RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families: Work together with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate their growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy: Implement therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
